Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Jauhari Jewellers, we value trust and transparency. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The item is returned in original condition, with:
• Original box/packaging
• Tags, certificates (if any)
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or tampering.
- All returned products undergo strict quality inspection upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Silver Coins & Silver Rakhi
- Worn or used jewellery
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Returns requested due to price fluctuation or personal preference after use.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To raise a request, contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Website Support with:
- Order ID
- No Questions Asked ( However , you can tell reason for return or exchange )
- Clear photos or unboxing video (mandatory)
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse pickup will be scheduled from the delivery address.
Customers must ensure proper packaging at the time of pickup.
If the reverse pickup fails due to customer unavailability, rescheduling may cause delays.
In certain non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. And shipping cost incurred upto ₹70 will be refunded.
6. Quality Check & Approval
All returned items are inspected thoroughly, including:
- Product condition
- Weight verification (for silver jewellery)
- Completeness of packaging and components
- Test to check if product is worn / used or not.
If the product fails inspection, the return or exchange will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
No refunds are issued before product inspection.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery.
The original product must be returned and approved before the replacement is shipped ,
If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid ,
If the exchanged product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded ,
There is no doorstep swap. All exchanges follow a return-then-ship process.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and photos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
10. Final Authority
Jauhari Jewellers reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any return or exchange request
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges are final and binding.
